Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer
John Lam serves as the Chairman and CEO for
The Lam Group. Mr. Lam leads the Lam Group in its real estate
development projects. He is well known in New York's fashion, hotel and
real estate industry. Prior to real estate, Mr. Lam was the Chairman
and CEO of The Lam Fashion Group, which employed over 2000 employees at
one time. He has been quoted by numerous magazines from local and afar
when it comes to real estate, hotel or fashion. In 1990, Mr.Lam was
selected as an All-Star by Crain's New York Business Magazine. In 1997,
he received the prestigious Ellis Island Medal of Honor Award for
exemplifying the ideal of living a life dedicated to the American way
while preserving the values of the Chinese heritage group. In 2006, Mr.
Lam received the Man of the Year Award presented by the
Chinese-American Planning Council for his grassroots social services
towards his community.

Executive Director
Hung
Luk is in charge of the
daily operations for The Lam Group. Mr. Luk is the liaison between the
corporate headquarters for all hotel franchises. He is also responsible
for developing strategic plans for each property such as marketing,
time management, reviewing all budgets and expenditures, and working
with the management company to increase return on investment.
He is an executive committee member of Association of Starwood
Franchisees & Owners.
Shirley Lam

Managing
Director-Finances
Shirley Leung is responsible for the
accounting, financial reporting and audit functions for the company.
Her responsibilities also include obtaining financing for the
development projects. Over the years, she has established a strong
network of relationships with banks and investors.
Keith Lam

Managing Director- Design &
Construction
Keith Lam directs the design and
construction activities for The Lam Group. He has the role of day to
day operations to ensure the projects are done on time and on budget.
His constant communication with contractors and architects give The Lam
Group a strong network of relationships in the field.
Joann Lee

Managing Director -
Hotel Operations
Joann Lee is responsible for supervising and
coordinating the Lam Group's hotel assets, including pre-opening and
operations, including approving purchases of all OS&E and FF&E.
Jeannie Tang

Managing Director-
Human Resources
Jeannie Tang directs human resources for The Lam Group. In this
position Mrs. Tang leads the design, development, and implementation of
innovative, flexible, merit-based HR policies. Her main focus is to
build a performance culture while creating a pleasant work environment.
Mrs. Tang oversees the HR function of numerous properties by
maintaining a positive employee relations environment.
